**edit** wow....I just realised I never gave her a cutie mark....complete and total fail! >__<
I had doubles of the Rainbow Dash Funko blind box figure, so I stripped one of them down and just started painting without any real idea of what I wanted her to be, and this was the result. I kinda made her up as I went along and when I was done she reminded me of stormy-ish weather, so I named her Stormy Skies! ^__^
